Swimming Lessons with our PAW-sonal Trainers:

These 30 minute one-on-one swimming lessons with our PAW-sonal Trainers will encourage a LOVE of swimming & good technique - useful for low-impact, full body workouts to improve endurance, strength & cardio fitness, for both injury-rehabilitation & -prevention.  Our pool is heated which increases circulation, loosens stiff muscles, relieves pain, and allows year-round training! 

Solo Swimming Sessions:

If your dog is already confident in the water, has a great swimming technique, and doesn't require help from our PAW-sonal Trainers, then these 30 minute solo sessions are ideal for a fun, healthy, low-impact bonding activity with the added benefit of endurance, strength and cardiovascular fitness.
